WHY WIZARDING HAT?

The name Wizarding Hat is inspired by our family names of Moon (Jim) and Star (Lauren): symbols found on a wizard's hat. Hat is also one half of the name of Red Hat, a company Jim led for 12+ years.

We also believe that all four of us really are wizards at one thing or another, 

whether that be Jim's advisory work, Lauren's blog, Jack's films, Emma's photos, etc.
